Now we’re taking an important next step: transitioning to a unified Called subscription plan that consolidates every feature into one seamless experience and ensures the platform's long-term sustainability.
From day one, our mission has been to help Christian communities create safe, people-first spaces where faith and relationships can grow.
To support that mission and continue building the tools you’ve been asking for, we’re making a key change:
The former Standard option, which offered limited features and free access for smaller communities, is being discontinued.
In its place, we’re introducing a simple, low-cost subscription model based on community size, with all features included for every Christian community.
This allows us to keep improving Called with better communication tools, deeper insights, and stronger Safe-Environment safeguards, while keeping it affordable for smaller groups and scalable for larger ministries.
Because of our long-standing partnership with Newman Connection, we remain committed to ensuring campus ministers stay fully supported.
Campus Ministry Partners will continue to receive free access to Called, made possible through funding and support provided through the partnership with Newman Connection.
If your institution participates in the Campus Ministry Partner Program through Newman Connection, your access to Called remains free of charge. Nothing changes for your community. Your tools for student outreach, discipleship, and communication will continue uninterrupted.
This ensures that student ministry can thrive on every campus and in every season through the Faith Forward movement.

No more “Standard” vs. “Plus.” Every paying subscription grants access to the full platform, including groups, chat, events, news, prayer, member tools, and leadership features.
Start free, then choose a plan that fits your community
Every new community starts with a 30-day free trial and continues with an affordable subscription tailored to your community size.
Existing communities stay free through January 31, 2026
If you already have a Called community today, nothing changes right away. You’ll continue to have free access through January 31, 2026.
New communities will use the new subscription plan
Any community created after launch will start under the new pricing model.
Pricing is based on your community size at the end of the free period
After January 31, 2026, your subscription price will be calculated based on the number of members in your community at that time, keeping smaller groups affordable while allowing larger communities to grow.

We’ve designed the new subscription structure to serve both small and large communities:
Smaller communities pay a low monthly rate, making it realistic for a single small group, ministry team, or church plant to use the full Called experience.
Growing and larger communities can scale confidently, knowing that their plan grows with them and that leadership tools, insights, and Safe-Environment features are all included.
If you already lead a community on Called:
Your current community remains free through January 31, 2026.
You’ll have time to explore the new Called experience, review pricing, and decide on the best plan for your ministry.
Any new communities you create will use the new subscription model.
